½ medium banana
1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
½ tablespoon honey (or agave)
1 tablespoon milk
4 tablespoons steel cut oats
1 tablespoon raisins
Mash the banana well with a fork in a large microwavable bowl, then stir in the peanut butter, milk and honey. Mix well until fully blended, then stir in oats and raisins. Pop mixture in the microwave and heat for 45 seconds to 1 minute, then enjoy your protein and iron-filled breakfast!
